On November 4, 2023, in the Knowledge and Action Academy Googol organized a specialized vocational skills training session on diesel generator set electrical design. The event was led by the Technology Research and Development Center, chaired by Minister Gang Peng from the Technology Research and Development Center. Electrical R&D Engineer Longyu Zhang and Senior Engineer Faquan Liu from the Production Department Testing Team conducted the training. The two training colleagues participated in a specialized vocational skills training on diesel generator set electrical design hosted by the Emergency Power Equipment Special Committee of the China Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association, organized and implemented by the Taihao Business School in September 2023. The training was conducted by Taihao Power's Technical Director Xuedong Fu and Senior Engineers Weiliang Zhong, Zhihui Tian-Director of Product Innovation at Shanghai Ketai, Xiaochuan Li-Chief Engineer at Jiangsu Sumed, Guoping Chen-chief engineer at Jiangsu Yakos Electric Power, Yongjia Yang-Director of Guangdong Xidian Power Manufacturing Center, as well as Wei Wang, Chuanyong Chen, Bin Dai, Chaohui Chen, Jianfeng Yu, and other industry experts. During this course, our two engineers delved deeply into related subjects such as diesel generator sets and electrical systems, principles of electrical design and production, as well as the basic knowledge of manufacturing specifications and material processing for diesel generator sets.

Drawing from others' strengths to enhance oneself, our two engineers not only shared the professional knowledge they acquired during the training but also proposed improvement suggestions and optimization plans based on our company's research and production practices. Participants in the training included partners from the Production Department, Marketing Department, and Research and Development De-partment, inspiring collective learning. This contributes to Googol's talent pool expansion for electrical expertise in the coming year. Recognizing the depth of electrical content and its wealth of specialized knowledge, next year, this will be further refined into specialized internal departmental training, constituting a professional learning curriculum.

Together in progress, diverse parties share achievements. In this training session, we also invited some OEM manufacturer partners. For diesel generator set manufacturing specifications, the last-mile responsibility lies with the complete set manufacturer. Apart from top-notch components, manufacturing specifications and high-quality engines also require compliant installation. Impressing these standards upon frontline employees is fundamental, and transmitting knowledge to every partner is Googol's aspiration
