In the recently concluded year of 2023, Googol Power supplied four HTAA40 engines to drive the power at the Guangzhou Baiyun Station, a mega-scale comprehensive transportation hub in Asia. On December 28, 2023, Googol's service engineer, Liu Tangfeng, conducted equipment debugging for the generator sets at Guangzhou Baiyun Station, preparing for the upcoming Spring Festival travel rush. Guangzhou Baiyun Station stands out as a mega-scale comprehensive transportation hub, being the first in the country to adopt a streamlined "four-corner entry" approach. With entry halls positioned in the northwest, southwest, northeast, and southeast directions, it maximizes accommodation for various transportation modes entering the station.
Googol supplied HTAA40EG3 engines for the machine rooms at each corner of Guangzhou Baiyun Station. These engines boast a backup LTP power of 1110 kW at 1500 rpm, with a displacement of 39.63 liters. The specific power is only 30.7 kW/L. This series of 20-cylinder engines was first introduced to the market in 2015, and its products have undergone extensive validation, demonstrating high reliability. The engines feature a modular design, ensuring good product consistency, high component commonality, low consumable costs, and the ability to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
